Ações e serviços oferecidos aos idosos atendidos pela atenção primária no município de Campina Grande -PB Resumo: Objetivou-se identificar que serviços as Unidades Básicas de Saúde da Família ofereciam aos idosos e qual o perfil dos profissionais em Campina Grande-PB, tendo como método de coleta a entrevista. Obtivemos um perfil sociodemográfico dos profissionais de acordo com o gênero: 88% feminino, 12% masculino; como estratégia mais utilizada por esses profissionais, observou-se a utilização de ações em grupo em 76% da amostra, porém, a caderneta do idoso era utilizada em apenas 12% dos casos. Entende-se que a criação de programas voltados à terceira idade auxilia no processo de envelhecimento, pois oferece uma melhor qualidade de vida aos pacientes. Actions and services offered to elderly people attended by primary attention Campina Grande-PB Abstract:This study aimed to identify what services the family health basic units offered to the aged and which the profile of professionals in Campina Grande-PB, having as method of collecting the interview. Have a demographic profile of professionals according to the genre: 88% female, 12% male; like most strategy used by these professionals, the use of group actions in 76% of the sample, however, the aged Carnet was used in only 12% of cases. Acciones y servicios ofrecidos a las personas mayores por la atención primaria de salud en la ciudad de Campina Grande-PBResumen: El objetivo de la investigatión es identificar qué servicios de la salud de la familia en atención primaria ofrecidas a los ancianos y que el perfil de los profesionales en Campina Grande-PB, teniendo como un método de recogida de la entrevista. Tenemos un perfil demográfico de los profesionales según el género: femenino de 88%, 12% hombres; como la estrategia más utilizada por estos profesionales, el uso de las acciones de grupo en el 76% de la muestra, sin embargo, el cuaderno de anciano fue usado en sólo el 12% de los casos. Se entiende que la creación de programas para personas mayores ayuda en el proceso de envejecimiento, porque proporciona una mejor calidad de vida para los pacientes.

The 2017 annual review in several health sectors highlighted the importance of medical auditing, based on the analysis of accounts, extensions with pertinent discussions between external and internal auditor, concurrent audit, using medicine based on evidence to reduce costs and guarantee the quality of services provided. The article is justified by the scarcity of academic studies that link Health Economics with the implementation of internal audits, as it is a subject little explored by scientific research yet. The study consists in bibliographic research on the most recent publications that address the theoretical and practical concepts related to the implementation of Strategic Sourcing programs in the field of health in large hospitals of high and medium complexity. It is necessary to define the role of the health auditor as the professional who will help managers to see the medical bill based on the value in health and not only in the cut in hospital expenses. Studies of the possible outcomes aimed at comprehensive health care, auditors are required to control costs. This information helps in the search for the most effective way to meet specific needs in terms of service, focusing on maximising human and material resources available.

Background: This article presents a single case study on the development of a GIS for global monitoring of coronavirus . For such concepts presented about GIS, its use and evolution in epidemic events and a presentation of the context of the current coronavirus outbreak and the meaningless results of consolidating a panel with reliable data.Methods: A single case study of a GIS in continuous development with data sharing and comments from the scientific community was carried out. Because it is not a post-mortem analysis, or a follow-up to a successful case, it was not possible to use more rigorous and systematic approaches such as those used by Lee (1989) and Onsrud, Pinto and Azad (1992) for case studies in GIS.Results: The case study presents the results of the development of a control dashboard, as well as the availability of consolidated data made by researchers at Johns Hopkins University and who showed a reliable platform and a world reference for health comunity.Conclusions: Efforts to develop a dashboard and provide data on the coronavirus outbreak resulted in the immediate replication of several other information systems with different approaches (Power BI, R, Tableau), becoming a reference for any new global epidemic outbreak events.
