AbstractCurrently, it is known how important is for compies to operate in Organizational Networks, and government seeks to stimulate these initiatives. However, there are different types of networks and there are many difficulties in the operationalization of relations. This work deals with a specific type of network -those in which companies come together to develop temporary projects, whose articulation is done by brokers. Potential participants in the projects are in the so-called Virtual Breeding Environment. The Value System consists of a set of dimensions considered important to network members when they evaluate their partners. It is important that there is alignment between the values of the members of the network, so that there is no conflict between members. The research turned to the environment of companies that provide services of wedding parties in ABC region, in which the wedding assistants play the role of broker. The objective of the study was to identify dimensions considered important by wedding assistants when choosing their partners. The exploratory research used content analysis of interviews conducted with six party advisories. As a result, we found 22 dimensions, grouped into 3 perspectives -Business, Collaboration and Social/Personal. The achievement of the dimensions considered by the wedding assistants allows to increase the knowledge about the operation of the network and is a first step in analyzing the value alignment among the members. These results contribute to the advancement in the implementation and management of organizational networks, especially those that operate in a similar way to the wedding party sector.
