COVID-19 has inflicted unprecedented damage on the entire concept of work and has prompted a paradigm shift in workplace relations. Many work environments have faced a context in which on-site work has been restricted and telework has been the only viable option. In countries like Spain, the pandemic has forced the Public Administration to opt for this way of working in order to continue operating. Therefore, this study aims to determine the catalysts and blockers for Spanish civil servants wanting to telework. To achieve the study’s objectives, descriptive statistics were obtained using the multiple linear regression technique, with a model building system known as backward stepwise. The identification of these catalysts and blockers will help to facilitate human resource management based on teleworking in the public sector. This study’s findings could help to recommend possible actions to improve the employees’ teleworking experience at the Spanish Administración General del Estado. These actions include investing in equipment, providing training in information and communication technologies, and defining human resources policy to promote the work-life balance.

Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar a percepção de profissionais que atuaram em regime de home office antes e durante o período de pandemia da Covid-19, visando identificar as vantagens, desvantagens e os desafios desta prática, bem como suas perspectivas de continuidade em um contexto de pós-pandemia. A revisão da literatura abordou o conceito e a evolução do teletrabalho e pesquisas relacionadas a experiências e práticas do home office. Foi realizado um survey dirigido às pessoas que já exerceram atividades em home office, por meio de disponibilização de um link com um questionário em Google Forms em redes sociais, com ênfase no site LinkedIn, e mensagens de WhatsApp para grupos dentro do perfil de respondente desejado. O link ficou disponível durante uma semana e recebeu 407 respostas. Após análise, 69 questionários foram descartados por não atenderem aos requisitos da pesquisa. Sendo assim, foram utilizadas 338 respostas para análise dos dados, considerando apenas os indivíduos que trabalharam nessa modalidade pelo menos em algum momento de suas vidas profissionais, sendo esse momento antes, durante, ou antes e durante a pandemia. Os principais resultados indicam que o home office é uma tendência para um futuro próximo, com cenário favorável à sua prática, mas será necessário a estruturação da modalidade por parte das organizações, com foco em fornecimento de recursos, melhoria no suporte e apoio na definição mais clara de limites da fronteira entre o profissional e o pessoal no home office.

The tourism of events is the tourism segment that takes care of the some types of events that if carry through inside of an ample and diversified universe. It is practised with professional and cultural interest by means of cultural congresses, conventions, symposiums, fairs, meeting, international meetings, among others, and is one of the economic activities that more grow in the current world. The subject of this work appeared of the necessity of dimensionar the importance of the tools of communication of Marketing for the tourism of events, on the basis of the study of case of the Center of Conventions Guimarães Ulysses.The promocionais techniques are used to make with that potential customers know the products, to stimulate the demand and generally to offer incentives for purchase. Leaving of this concept, study it was lead by means of Documentary Bibliographical Research and of form to consolidate the theoretical basement on Tourism of Events and Tools of Communication of Marketing; Research of field in the direction to add value to the research through the search of bigger information with the white population (SETUR and Brasilia Convention and Visitors Bureau) and Study of Case, form to privilege the case of the Center of Conventions. 250 questionnaires with the pupils and formerpupils of the Center of Excellency in Tourism with the objective had been applied to identify the perception of the same ones in relation to the current spreading of the New Center. The research discloses a negative perception of interviewed in relation the current spreading and on the basis of the raised studies are suggested some aspects of improvement.
