Dacriocistorrinostomia endoscópica nasal: resultados e vantagens sobre a abordagem externa

Abstract: A Dacriocistorrinostomia (DCR) consiste em criar uma via de drenagem lacrimal para a cavidade nasal, tendo como objetivo restabelecer a drenagem permanente deste sistema excretor previamente obstruído.
