Nudez do paciente sob a óptica de estudantes da área de Enfermagem Fundamental

Abstract

RESUMOO estudo que teve como objetivo analisar a visão de estudantes sobre o desnudamento do corpo para cuidar. Pesquisa qualitativa do tipo descritiva cujos sujeitos foram 21 estudantes de três cursos, do 3º ao 5º períodos. As informações foram produzidas pela transcrição das vinte e uma entrevistas semiestruturadas e analisadas com base no pensamento de Foucault. Os temas foram: Cuidar do corpo nu implica observância do princípio bioético da autonomia; A escola como reprodutora da relação de poder no ato de desnudar; Lidar com o nu do outro exige cuidados; Cuidar do corpo nu "mexe" com a própria sexualidade; As relações de poder com o corpo nu. Foi possível compreender o exercício do poder pelos estudantes no momento de desnudar, como resposta à insegurança advinda da preparação escolar insufi ciente. It was a descriptive qualitative research, whose subjects were 21 students from three courses of 3 to 5 semesters. The information was produced by transcribing the twenty-one semi-structured interviews and analyzed on the basis of Foucault's thought.The themes were: Care of the naked body implies observance of bioethical principle of autonomy as the school's reproductive power relationship in the act of stripping, naked Coping with the other requires care, Care of the naked body "moves" with their sexuality; Power relations with the naked body. It was possible to understand the exercise of power by students at the time of stripping, as response to insecurity arising from inadequate school preparation. Key words: Nursing; Ethics; Nudity; Power; Nursing Students. RESUMENEl estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar el discurso de los estudiantes, su visión de la denudación del cuerpo de manejar. Fue un estudio cualitativo de tipo descriptivo, cuyos sujetos fueron 21 estudiantes de tres cursos de 3 a 5 semestres. La información ha sido producido por la transcripción de los veintiún entrevistas semi estructuradas y analizadas sobre la base del pensamiento de Foucault. Los temas fueron: El cuidado del cuerpo desnudo implica observancia del principio bioético de autonomía como la relación de la escuela el poder de reproducción en el acto de hacer frente pela, desnudo y con la otra requiere cuidado, cuidado del cuerpo desnudo "se mueve" con su sexualidad, relaciones de poder con el cuerpo desnudo. Es posible entender el ejercicio del poder por los estudiantes en el momento de pelar, como respuesta a la inseguridad derivada de la preparación escolar inadecuado.
