Cotidiano da mulher pós-histerectomia à luz do pensamento de Heidegger

Abstract

This qualitative study had as its object the daily-life of women after being submitted to a histerectomy. Following this sense the phenomenological approach was chosen as methodological framework , supported by Martin Heidegger phenomenology. The deponents were twenty five women submitted to a histerectomy at HU/UFJF in 2006. The interpretative understanding, showed, under Hedegger perspective, that women s daily-life after being submitted to histerectomy expresses itself in a movement that goes forward and backward for inauthenticity to an indication of properties and improperties. In the daily-life after the surgery is that she understands herself as being-there-with-the-other and revealing herself as "being-of-possibilities" in a self world. It showed that the assistential dynamics must be considered from the perspective of the subjectivity of the woman who will be submitted to histerectomy.

“…16 Thus, the situations and complaints relating to the period prior to the hysterectomy brought the women to accept the recommendation and to make the subsequent decision to perform the surgery, which is visualized with the potential of resolution faced with the presence of signs and symptoms experienced in the woman's quotidian. [4][5]8 However, evaluations that refer to the subjective focus of the women themselves, who have undergone this surgical procedure, are still scarce. Attention should be directed toward women subjected to hysterectomy, because they are in a context that is permeated by important concerns related to the recommendation, decision and performance of the surgery.…”

“…Como mostra estudo de 2010 realizado em Juiz de Fora/MG, com mulheres que foram submetidas à histerectomia, a maioria das clientes, ao retornarem ao seu domicilio, não se sentiram em condições de realizar as atividades consideradas necessárias à rotina de sua casa e como não podiam fazer certas tarefas, aceitaram ou pediram ajuda de outras pessoas, como familiares, vizinhos, amigos e outros para o desempenho das atividades do lar. 13 De forma semelhante, em estudo realizado com mulheres submetidas à mastectomia, observou-se que as mesmas, pelas próprias limitações do processo cirúrgico apresentaram impotência para realizar seus afazeres domésticos, mas o suporte familiar desempenhou importante papel apoiando, incentivando e amparando nos momentos mais difíceis vivenciados pelas mulheres com CA. 14 Neste contexto, também é importante ressaltar a necessidade de orientação quanto ao retorno gradativo às tarefas domésticas e retorno ao seu trabalho o que favorece a alta autoestima.…”
