Gerentes do território na Estratégia Saúde da Família: análise e perfil de necessidades de qualificação

Abstract: RESUMOO estudo objetivou elaborar o perfil sócio-demográfico e educacional dos gerentes de território da ESF e identificar os tipos de qualificação ou processo de educação permanente que tem ou estão inseridos os gerentes, o desenvolvimento científico-cultural dos mesmos. A pesquisa é do tipo exploratório-descritiva, realizada em Sobral -Ceará, com de qualificação. Rev Bras Enferm 2007 nov-dez; 60(6): 687-95.
