Estudo retrospectivo e comparativo de quarenta e três olhos com hidropisia aguda em quinhentos e sessenta e sete casos de ceratocone

Abstract: Objetivo: Comparar as características clínicas e os resultados do tratamento cirúrgico entre casos com e sem hidropisia aguda, do total de 567 pacientes com ceratocone. A hidropisia aguda da córnea consiste num quadro de edema corneano súbito que ocorre em olhos com ectasia corneana, em decorrência de rupturas espontâneas da membrana de Descemet.
