Abstract:To evaluate capsules formed by microtextured silicone implants with and without Parietex® mesh coverage histologically. Methods: Sixty Wistar rats were divided in two groups (meshed and unmeshed). Each group was, then, divided into two subgroups for evaluation at 30 and 90 days.
