Tempo de trânsito oral na demência de Alzheimer

Abstract: RESUMO Objetivo Avaliar o tempo de trânsito oral de alimento na consistência pudim, nos diferentes estágios da demência de Alzheimer. Métodos Estudo de caráter descritivo e observacional do tipo transversal, com uma amostra de 34 idosos com idade entre 65 e 98 anos, com demência de Alzheimer em diferentes estágios.
