Are owners more satisfied than tenants? Discriminant analysis in the urban context

Abstract: This study investigates whether there are differences between the perceptions of owners and tenants in the urban context. Understanding this matter can influence decisions on housing policies, as it helps to comprehend the general satisfaction of subjects.
