El trabajo jurídico pro bono en Brasil: Transplantes jurídicos, acesso a la justicia y las obligaciones sociales de los abogados

Abstract: Resumen En este artículo examino los orígenes, estructura y dinámicas del trabajo jurídico pro bono que hacen los abogados en Brasil. En particular, ofrezco los siguientes tres argumentos. Primero, afirmo que el discurso y prácticas pro bono de Brasil son un transplante jurídico que no ha experimentado todavía variaciones en el contexto de recepción.
