Wild Exaggeration and Vast Potential: Technology’s Limits and Promise in Legal Education

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to assess the extent of technology’s benefits for legal education. The ar- gument makes two main claims. First, it argues that an understanding of the neuroscience of learning may focus and ground legal and other educators on the possible benefits and roles of technology in education.
