Abstract:Annonaceae is the most species-rich family in the order Magnoliales and has a pantropical distribution, includes 109 genera and 2,440 species. It is subdivided into four subfamilies, Anaxagoreoideae, Ambavioideae, Annonoideae and Malmeoideae.
