Abstract: Resumo O estudo e a compreensão sobre a principal lógica que orienta o processo decisório nas organizações incitam a discussão sobre a existência, ou não, de coerência entre agires organizacionais como definição de objetivos e estratégias e a construção de organizações sustentáveis.
