Abstract: ResumoO objetivo do presente trabalho foi o de analisar as concepções gerenciais sobre os vínculos Entrincheiramento, Consentimento e Comprometimento, bem como evidenciar as formas de gerenciamento, as práticas e políticas de Recursos Humanos relacionadas aos três vínculos.
