Abstract: Resumo O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a organização do trabalho em estabelecimentos familiares, cujos membros têm diferentesrelações com a dendeicultura na vila Água Azul, Tomé-Açu, Pará, considerando o debate sobre os impactos desta atividade no trabalho familiar e a tendência para a realização de uma agricultura com mais culturas perenes.
