Lateral window maxillary sinus lift surgery: case report

Abstract: The loss in height of the alveolar bone crest after tooth extraction makes rehabilitation of the posterior maxilla challenging due to low bone density and atrophy, in addition to pneumatization of the maxillary sinus.
