Abstract: Resumo Neste artigo, discutem-se as diferenciações sociais apresentadas como desafios aos agentes comunitários de saúde no seu trabalho cotidiano. O estudo consistiu em analisar as configurações sociais construídas no território adscrito, com base na ação dos agentes.
