Integração entre gestão do conhecimento e business process management: perspectivas de profissionais em BPM

Abstract: RESUMO Com o objetivo de identificar de que forma a Gestão do Conhecimento pode contribuir como suporte ao Business Process Management, realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem quantitativa, do tipo survey.
