Associated Factors to Teacher Mobility in the Municipality of Rio De Janeiro

Abstract: The way in which teachers are distributed in schools is a relevant issue in the discussion of inequalities of educational opportunities. The objective of this paper was identify teachers’ and schools’ characteristics that impacts on teachers mobility.
