Theoretical-Methodological Contributions of Ergology to Research on Work in the Nursing Area

Abstract: Objective: the present study is a theoretical reflection aiming to systematize conceptual and methodological aspects of the ergologic perspective, emphasizing contributions to studies on the work in the nursing area.
