Abstract: RESUMOOs equídeos têm sido largamente utilizados como meio de tração desde épocas remotas, sem que se atente às intempéries às quais as cápsulas ungueais são submetidas, principalmente pelo atrito, pelo impacto e pelas forças atuantes no momento da tração.
