Apoio institucional e análise do trabalho em saúde: dimensões avaliativas e experiências no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS)

Abstract: Este artigo apresenta o apoio institucional como estratégia de análise coletiva do trabalho em saúde. Esta estratégia é apresentada em uma perspectiva metodológica que articula os referenciais da humanização e os conceitos de trabalho como atividade e como relação de serviço.
