Teores De Bixina E Proteína Em Sementes De Urucum Em Função Do Tipo E Do Período De Armazenagem

Abstract: RESUMO Objetivando-se avaliar os efeitos do tipo e do período de armazenagem sobre os teores de bixina e proteína, sementes de urucum (Bixa orellanaL.) variedade Sangüínea, foram armazenadas em silos de zinco e em sacos de nylon durante oito meses, nas condições climáticas de Campina Grande, PB.
