Abstract: Resumo: No contexto organizacional, o sujeito gay é alvo de preconceito e de situações que o colocam em posição de constrangimento e vulnerabilidade. A partir dessa constatação, este artigo busca desvelar como os gays afeminados são percebidos por outros gays no ambiente de trabalho.
