Muscle strength training program in nonagenarians – a randomized controlled trial

Abstract: SUMMARY OBJECTIVES: The study aims to improve the functional capacity and quality of life (QOL) of nonagenarian women by implementing an individualized muscle strength training program in a geriatric residential care home.
