Performance of kevlar fibre-reinforced rubber composite armour against shaped-charge jet penetration

Abstract: The protective capability of the Kevlar fibre-reinforced rubber composite armour (KFRRCA) at different obliquities is studied using depth-of-penetration experiments method against a 56 mmdiameter standard-shaped charge. Efficiency factors are calculated to evaluate the protection capability of the KFRRCA at different obliquities.
