Abstract: Este estudo bibliométrico se propõe a apresentar uma caracterização das pesquisas internacionais sobre o tema Comportamento de cidadania organizacional (CCO), a partir da análise dos artigos publicados no período de 2002 a 2012, nos principais periódicos internacionais das áreas de administração e psicologia.
