Development and Psychometric Properties of TQWL-42 to Measure the Quality of Work Life

Abstract: The objective of this study was to construct and validate an instrument that evaluates the Quality of Work Life (QWL) globally, following the WHOQOL instruments and founded in QWL's classical theoretical models, directed to the contemporary society.
