Effects of Metallic Glass Precursors on the Catalytic Performance of Nanoporous Metals

Abstract: This work reports the effects of metallic glass precursors on the catalytic performance of nanoporous metals. Pd-based multicomponent nanoporous metals with similar nanoporous structure were successfully fabricated by electrochemically dealloying the Pd 20 Ni 60 P 17 B 3 and Pd 20 Ni 20 Cu 40 P 17 B 3 metallic glass precursors at the critical dealloying potentials.
