“…Studies indicate that the existence of geographical and cultural barriers, precarious labor ties, low wages, reduced opportunities for development, low social recognition and lack of compatible training, high levels of violence and precarious socioeconomic conditions in communities can interfere with the health of CHA and compromise the ability to meet medical and social demands throughout the Family Health team, as CHA represent an important link between the health needs of the community and the health team.
