Objective: to describe reported sexual violence against children and adolescents at school in Brazil during 2010-2014. Methods: this was a descriptive study of the characteristics of the victims, the event, the aggressor and the health care received by the victims taken from records of compulsory notification of sexual violence against children (0-9 years) and adolescents (10-19 years) at school. We used Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN) data. Results: 2,226 reports of sexual violence occurring at school were identified. 1,546 (69.5%) victims were children and 680 (30.5%) were adolescents. The mean age of the victims was 7.4 years and the median was 6.0 years; most victims were female (63.8%) and the majority of the aggressors were male (88.9%). Conclusion: children and adolescents are exposed to sexual violence at school, an institution that should guarantee them protection, healthy development and safety.

Objective:to analyze based on the practitioners' discourse, the way they organize their practices confronting situations of intra-family violence against children and adolescents. Method:qualitative research carried out with 15 professionals who work in social and health services located in the southernmost of Brazil. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, performed at the participants' workplace. We used a theoretical matrix to analyze the data, based on Institutional Ethnography and the technique of discursive textual analysis. Results:the practitioners' practices developed in situations of intra-family violence against children and adolescents are organized on the basis of: power relations that take place in services that respond to violence situations; routines instituted to meet the demands of care in services; and the interplay between the conception of violence as a public health problem and the conception of violence as a social problem. Conclusion:the way these practices are organized is reflected in actions that are not protective against situations of intra-family violence against children and adolescents.

Objetivo: analisar as evidências científicas sobre os fatores de risco associados à exposição de adolescentes à violência sexual.Síntese de conteúdo: revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada em quatro bases de dados e duas bibliotecas virtuais, sem limites do ano de publicação, utilizando-seos descritores: “delitos sexuais”, “adolescentes” e “fatores de risco”. Utilizou-se, também, a palavra-chave “violência sexual” e equivalentes, no idioma inglês. Na análise dos 22 artigos incluídos, os fatores associados à exposição dos adolescentes à violência sexual foram classificados em “abuso sexual” e “exploração sexual”. O consumo de álcool e/ou drogas foi o fator mais evidente, seguido do sexo casual, dabaixa escolaridade, da baixa renda, da violência familiar, dos relacionamentos em ambientes virtuais, da estigmatização do trabalho sexual e falta de moradia.Conclusão: os fatores apresentados devem ser considerados pela enfermagem para o reconhecimento de adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual, além de contribuir na prevenção de novos casos e na minimização dos efeitos que tal ato pode causar na vida desse público.
