Possibilidades de diálogos entre abordagens humanistas: escutando vivências de psicodramatistas e gestalt-terapeutas

Abstract

RESUMO.A diversidade de concepções presente na Psicologia Clínica torna as possibilidades de diálogo entre abordagens uma questão importante. Objetivou-se neste trabalho compreender a dinâmica de aproximações e afastamentos entre duas abordagens humanistas -a Gestalt-terapia e o Psicodrama -a partir da análise dos dados provenientes de entrevistas realizadas com profissionais das duas orientações. A Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados foi escolhida como método, na busca de produção teórica a partir do contato analítico com narrativas de terapeutas. Foram entrevistados 22 profissionais do Psicodrama e da Gestalt-terapia (onze de cada orientação) que possuem expressivo percurso na abordagem de filiação. As experiências que facilitaram a abertura e flexibilidade para o exame sério e interessado das contribuições de outros sistemas incluem o contato com vários sistemas desde cedo na carreira, a apreciação de conceitos trabalhados na outra abordagem e a influência de alguém importante que exercia prática integrativa. A admiração, a fidelidade e o sentimento de que a própria abordagem supre as necessidades pessoais contribuem para que o profissional fique fechado às contribuições de outras escolas. The diversity of conceptions present in clinical psychology makes the possibilities for dialogue between approaches an important issue.The aim of this study is to understand the dynamics of approximation and estrangement between two humanistic approaches -Gestalt Therapy and Psychodramafrom the analysis of data from interviews with professionals in both orientations. A Grounded Theory analysis was chosen in order to build theory that is analytically based on the therapists' narratives. Twenty two professionals were interviewed, eleven of each orientation, who have significant path in this approach. The experiences that facilitated the openness and flexibility for serious and interested examination of the contributions of other systems include: contact with various systems early in his career, the assessment of concepts worked on another approach and the influence of someone who held important integrative practice. The admiration, loyalty and the feeling that one's approach meets the personal needs that contribute to the professional stay closed on contributions from other schools.Keywords: Psychodrama; gestalt therapy; interdisciplinarity. Psychodrama
