Análise da inserção dos nutricionistas nos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Saúde Coletiva: identidades, trajetórias e tomadas de posição

Abstract: RESUMO A Nutrição iniciou sua constituição como profissão independente na década de 1930. Conquistou estatuto de formação superior em 1967. Com a emergência do Espaço da Saúde Coletiva nos anos 1970, verificou-se a construção do espaço da Alimentação e Nutrição em Saúde Coletiva. Os nutricionistas integram esse campo multiprofissional nos seus diversos âmbitos.
