A New Approach for Hemorrhoid Disease: Selective Dearterialization and Mucopexy Without Doppler Guidance

Abstract: Background: Transanal hemorrhoidal dearterialization (THD) is safe and effective minimally invasive treatment for hemorrhoidal disease, but reports regarding recurrence and postoperative complications (pain and tenesmus) vary significantly.
