Abstract: RESUMO: O objetivo do artigo é problematizar discursos proferidos por professores e estudantes no âmbito dos órgãos de gestão democrática educacionais públicos, enfatizando aspectos excludentes que tendem a destacar perspectivas de inovação, proatividade e/ou sucesso.
