Uma análise da regra de ouro no Brasil

Abstract: RESUMO O conjunto de regras fiscais define a operacionalização da política fiscal e como seus objetivos devem ser alcançados. Este artigo tem como objetivo explicar o funcionamento da regra de ouro brasileira e fazer uma avaliação do seu desempenho com base nas suas características e na experiência internacional.
