This paper aims to analyze the evolution of the technology war between China and the USA in a context of exacerbation of techno-nationalist strategies for industrial and technological development. This analysis refers mainly to the Chinese strategy to deploy Industry 4.0 and the implications derived from US imposed restrictions on Chinese efforts to develop indigenous technologies that are central in the forthcoming paradigm. The hypothesis is that such policies, by boosting Industry 4.0, aim to create a new techno-economic paradigm and thus reconfigure the bases of inter-capitalist and interstate competition. The main contribution to the literature is providing an analysis of the implications of the technology war between China and the USA in different layers of the Industry 4.0 techno-economic paradigm, in addition to the mainstream debate about the transition to 5G communication networks.

In the current era of multicultural exchange and integration, the Chinese and Korean cultures have shown the ideal effect of cultural deep integration through interaction and exchange to promote cultural exchanges better, to view the diversified communication between Chinese and Korean cultures with correct cultural views, so as to better find the common points of effective integration of the two cultures, understand and respect the differences between Chinese and Korean cultures, and effectively improve the effect of the application of Chinese and Korean cultural integration by selecting appropriate integration perspective. Based on the understanding of cultural connotation and the analysis of the current situation of cultural education in China and South Korea, this study explores the mechanism of cultural and educational diversification exchange in China and South Korea under the cultural background and puts forward relevant optimization suggestions.

New Developmentalism doctrine defends the central role played by a competitive real exchange rate in promoting catch-up in developing economies. Recently, this theory has been questioned by critics; the main criticism has been that an outward growth strategy based on a competitive real exchange rate would harm income/real wage distribution and have a negative effect on the economy. This study discusses how the real exchange rate influences growth in light of the new developmentalist doctrine and the contrasting experiences of Asian and Latin American countries. Its main contribution is to document the influence of the real exchange rate on economic performance, specifically through certain transmission channels. The article’s findings suggest that a competitive RER is an important aspect in a country’s growth path, insofar as it favors profits, capital accumulation, net exports, and gains in social capabilities.
