Extracción optimizada y purificación parcial de invertasa aislada de S. Cerevisiae en puré de durazno

Abstract: Resumen -La extracción fue realizada a través de un proceso de autolisis, donde las enzimas degradan las estructuras celulares y liberan el contenido citoplasmático al medio extracelular.
