Abstract: O Estado de São Paulo é o maior produtor de amendoim do Brasil e a produção concentra-se na região de Ribeirão Preto, onde o cultivo é realizado em áreas arrendadas, em esquemas de sucessão e rotação, principalmente, para reforma de canaviais.
