Competências gerenciais de coordenadoras de cursos de graduação em enfermagem

Abstract: RESUMOObjetivo:analisar como são vivenciadas as competências gerenciais, ideais e reais, de coordenadores de cursos de graduação em Enfermagem na cidade de Belo Horizonte, Minais Gerais.Método:o modelo conceitual consta de oito papéis gerenciais (diretor, produtor, monitor, coordenador, mentor, facilitador, inovador e negociador) e três competências específicas para o exercício de cada um deles.
