Objetivos: Describir el comportamiento de la sífilis gestacional y congénita en Colombia, entre el 2012 y 2018, a partir de registro de notificación Nacional. Metodología: Estudio ecológico, exploratorio a partir de Notificaciones al sistema de vigilancia de salud Pública. Se estimaron la tasa de incidencia y la razón de prevalencia para cada departamento. Se establecieron cada una las estimaciones según rangos, para los 33 departamentos evaluados y se expresaron en mapas a escala de grises según tasas y razones evaluadas. Además, se presentan curvas epidemiológicas por semanas notificación para sífilis gestacional y congénita. Resultados. Arauca, Santander, Cesar y Caldas, presentaron el mayor incremento entre 2012 y 2018 para sífilis gestacional. Para el mismo periodo, Santander, Casanare y Amazonas presentaron un aumento para sífilis Congénita, mientras que en los demás departamentos se evidenció una disminución en los eventos. Se encontraron diferencias significativas en el reporte de casos entre un año y otro, para el país, en ambos eventos (p< 0,001). Conclusiones. En Colombia se encontró un aumento de sífilis gestacional, mientras, para sífilis congénita existió variabilidad con tendencia a aumentar en los últimos años. Objetivo: elaborar um protótipo para um aplicativo móvel a fim de ampliar a disponibilidade de apoio social para as gestantes. Método: trata-se de um estudo misto, tipo transversal, realizado com gestantes usuárias da atenção básica à saúde de unidades vinculadas ao Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Elaborou-se, a partir dos resultados obtidos na pesquisa, um protótipo para aplicativo móvel no modelo SCRUM para sistema operacional Android. Resultados: nominou-se o protótipo de Apoia. Revelam-se as funcionalidades do Apoia de proporcionar a interação entre a gestante e as pessoas por ela escolhidas para comporem a rede social, possibilitar a troca de mensagens de apoio, resgatar a disponibilidade das pessoas em oferecer ajuda, assessorando, dessas formas, a mulher grávida no processo de viabilização do apoio social. Conclusão: acredita-se que o Apoia é um recurso inovador, com o intuito de construir e ampliar o apoio social para gestantes usuárias a partir da construção e flexibilização da rede social com o uso das tecnologias da informação e comunicação na saúde.

BackgroundThe use of mobile applications is very popular among the public these days. Pregnant women are a segment of society who need constant care to monitor their condition and that of the fetus. Pregnant women find it very difficult to keep track of their condition. An application software is needed. But choosing a reliable application is important. MethodsThe article is a research article that uses PRISMA flowchart to extract articles. Given that there are many apps in the field of pregnancy and due to technological advances as well as the recent outbreak of coronavirus disease, so the articles of the last 10 years that have been scientifically published in the databases of Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct have been analyzed. The most widely used and at the same time the best app is introduced in terms of its high usability.ResultsAfter searching for the keywords m-health, pregnancy, mobile app, coronavirus, covid-19 and combining them in databases according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 23 articles were finally reached. In the initial search, 3, 18 and 292 articles were extracted in PubMed, Science Direct and Google Scholar, respectively. According to the search strategy, 23 articles were identified qualitatively by reviewing both authors. Then, the types of apps were divided into three general categories, pregnant entertainment apps, pregnant information apps, and monitoring apps for mothers' physical health. Finally, 10 apps were selected and the Amila app was introduced as the best due to its high usability.ConclusionConsidering that pregnant women are an important segment of society and in addition to their health, the health of the fetus is also important to them, and also despite the coronavirus and the difficulty of mothers traveling for check-ups and checking their condition, As a result, using trusted apps to maintain their health and reduce traffic in the current situation will be very important. Given that this research article was written with the aim of choosing the best app, so it can be a suggestion for pregnant women and even gynecologists to introduce such apps to their patients.
