This is an exploratory study, of quantitative and qualitative approach, with alumni of a Master's Program in Vitória, ES, Brazil. To obtain the data an electronic questionnaire was used. Among the participants, there was a predominance of females and age group from 31 to 40 years. Half of the graduates published data related to their Master's thesis and 14% attend or have a PhD. In addition, 43% are members of an institution linked to civil society and 18% have declared identification with some political party. It was also identified that the values that the Master Program added to the professional life of the graduates are in line with the objectives proposed by the Program.
