Tratamento cirúrgico do hiperparatireoidismo secundário: revisão sistematizada da literatura

Abstract: RESUMOO hiperparatireoidismo (HPT) secundário tem prevalência elevada em doentes renais crônicos. Decorre de alterações na homeostase mineral, principalmente do cálcio, que estimulam as glându-las paratireoides, com aumento na secreção de paratormônio (PTH).
