Dynamic of Innovation in Services for Consumers at the Bottom of the Pyramid

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the dynamic of innovation in services for consumers at the bottom of the pyramid (BoP). For this purpose, a framework composed of innovation dimensions, capabilities and infrastructure was developed.
