“…Anti-M is a naturally occurring antibody of the MNS blood group system. This antibody is the most reactive at temperatures below 37 ℃, has an optimum temperature of 4 ℃, and is considered clinically insignificant ( 5 ). In this study, anti-M antibodies were mainly immunoglobulin M (IgM) + immunoglobulin G (IgG) class, the clinical significance of anti-M antibody cannot be ignored, and three media should be used for cross-matching of blood wherever possible to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.…”
