Airlines are promoting self-service based technology by introducing mobile check-in, Kiosk and self-back drop systems, which will help customer satisfaction and efficiency. This study is about the usage intension to use Technology-based Airline Self-Service, the purpose of this study is to examine the key variables affecting Unified Theory of Acceptance (UTAUT2) in using Technology-based Airline Self-Service. According to the results of the ANOVA, there was a significant difference among the groups according to the experience of the self-service device. And analysis results using Structural Equation Model(SEM) was suggested that the performance expectation and hedonic motive of UTAUT2 model were found to have significant influence on initial trust. Also, initial trust affects the intention to use. There are some moderating effects on the structural equation by groups according to the experience of the self-service device. This research has significance in that it can help establish a marketing strategy of airlines to expand the self-service based on the airline technology UTAUT2(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2) 모형을 적용한 연구는 미비한 실정으로 기술 수용에 관한 감정적인 요소에 대한 영향 관계를 포함하여 파악하는 것은 의미가 있다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of Student Majoring in Flight Operation's propensity, safety behavior and aeronautical decision-making. According to the analysis results, First, parents' criticism of perfectionism factor is found to have a negative effect on safety behavior. Second, student pilot's proactive personality has a positive impact on both safety participation behavior and safety compliance behavior. Third, both safety participation behavior and safety compliance behavior are found to have a significant effect on situation awareness, solution generation and solution implementation of decision making stages. Therefore, this study is intended to provide useful basic data that can be applied to studies such as appropriate psychological counseling, optimal training directions and teaching methods in order to cultivate excellent human resources through safe flight training.
Objectives: Resilience is characterized by the ability to change over time and may increase or decrease in adolescence depending on available social support factors. In this study, we investigated trajectories of resilience and how these longitudinal patterns of resilience are related to changes in social relationships over time. Methods: This longitudinal study analyzed 4,299 early adolescents from waves 3-6 (sixth year of elementary school to third year of middle school) of the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study (SELS). A latent class growth analysis (LCGA) was conducted to empirically demonstrate latent development trajectories of adolescents' resilience, and growth mixture model with known class was created to describe the relationship between resilience development trajectories and longitudinal change in social support systems (parent relationships, teacher relationships, peer relationships). Results: First, the developmental patterns of adolescents' resilience varied over time; a total of six latent development trajectories were identified. The initial values of resilience by latent group were distributed over a wide range (high, middle-high, middle, middle-low, and low) and rate of change showed various patterns (decrease, decrease-increase, increase, and increase-decrease). Second, the patterns of change in social relationships (parents, teachers, peers) were similar to those of the resilience development trajectories. Third, among the three dimensions of social support, peer relationships showed the most similar patterns of change over time compared with other resilience development trajectories. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, differentiated interventions are required depending on the latent development trajectories of resilience, and adolescents should be provided with various opportunities to establish positive relationships with parents, teachers, and peers.
This study is an empirical analysis of the cultural competencies of college students majoring in aviation services on their major satisfaction and professionalism. In order to focus on the cultural competencies of aviation service college students, who are rarely addressed in the preceding study and to see how cultural competencies have significant effects on their major satisfaction and professionalism, we divid them into six sub factors: willingness to participate, cognitive openness/flexibility, emotional control, patience with uncertainty, self-efficacy, and cultural empathy. And the mediated effects of major satisfaction on cultural competency and professionalism are analyzed to provide educational implications for cultural competency. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to apply to the education of aviation service-related departments, it will be a basic data to promote students' adaptation to the department and satisfaction of the department and to train global professional service personnel who can improve their post-employment work adaptability, job satisfaction, and service productivity.
