Based on Chinese Traditional Wealth View, starting from the perspective of social groups' compatibility, this study used experimental method to explore how the morality and the poor-or-rich status influence the rich-poor psychological compatibility. Method: In 2 experiments, the researcher manipulated the poor-or-rich status and the moral level in non-conflict and conflict situation. 643 and 310 subjects respectively participated two experiments. Results: the major effects of morality and the poor-or-rich status are significant in poor or rich psychological compatibility, and the effect size of morality is the biggest. Moreover, morality and the poor-or-rich status interactively affect the rich-poor psychological compatibility. More specifically, people has higher compatibility to rich than to poor in high moral situation, but lower compatibility to rich than to poor in low moral situation. That is "moral polarized effect of the rich".

With the reform and professional adjustment of higher education institution, the elastic mechanics course in many engineering colleges is adjusted to few hours in order to realize the basic requirements of wide diameter and thick foundation. This will put forward a new requirement for the teaching work of the course. Combining the teaching practice of fewer hours' elastic mechanics in recent years, the teaching mode of elastic mechanics course in few hours is explored from the aspects of integration of course content, innovation of teaching methods, examining mode and improving teachers' professional quality.
Objective: The purposes of this study were to explore the relationship between city identity and just-world belief among immigrants. Methods: By using City Identity Questionnaire and Just-world Belief Scale, a total of 643 participants were tested. Results: 1. Immigrants' scores on city identity and just-world belief were significantly higher than mid-value. 2. The score of just-world belief among immigrants positively predicted city identity.
Objective: The purposes of this study were to explore the relationship between City Identity (CI), Subjective Well-being (SW) and Social Psychological Inclusion (SPI) among immigrants. Methods: By using City Identity Questionnaire, Social Distance Scale, Life Satisfaction Index B and Affect Scales, 483 immigrant participants were tested. Results: 1. The SW of immigrants predicted their CI and SPI, in which life satisfaction, positive affect and SW play a positive-prediction role, while negative affect plays a negative-prediction role. 2. The SW of immigrants played a partially intermediary role in the relationship between CI and SPI.
