Terson's syndrome (TS) is a vitreous hemorrhage that develops in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) most frequently due to ruptured aneurysm. The reported incidence of TS has varied between 1.4 and 16.7%. Of 36 consecutive SAH patients that we treated, TS was diagnosed in 12 patients (33%).
